Terms of Service & Platform Conditions
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing a £14.99 Priority Alert Pass or using the GrabTest platform, operated by Pacific Cloud Computing Limited. By registering an account, completing checkout, or using any part of our service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Operator Identity & Independent Third-Party Status (Non-Affiliation with DVSA)
1.1. Independent Commercial Platform: GrabTest is an independent private technology, statistical analysis, and automated notification service operated by Pacific Cloud Computing Limited.
1.2. No Government Affiliation: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, contracted by, or part of the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), the Department for Transport (DfT), or any United Kingdom government department or agency. All official UK driving test bookings and examiner schedules are administered solely by the DVSA via the official GOV.UK portal.
2. Scope of Service & Self-Service GOV.UK Handover
2.1. What Our Service Provides: Upon activation of your account, the Service provides you with:
- Access to our 300+ UK Test Centre Waiting-Time & Pass-Rate Intelligence Dashboard across all 6 supported UK exam categories (Car Practical Category B, Motorcycle Module 1 & Module 2, ADI Part 2 Driving Ability, ADI Part 3 & Standards Check, LGV/PCV Vocational Tests, and Extended Practical Driving Tests);
- A personalised 30-day candidate or instructor availability planning calendar and readiness workspace;
- Automated UK telephone voice call alerts (delivered to your registered UK
+44mobile number) and priority transactional email notifications covering up to three (3) selected UK test centres; and - Direct “Open GOV.UK” self-service handover links inside every alert and portal view so you can immediately access the official GOV.UK booking system.
2.2. No Automated Bot Booking, Scraping, or Slot Reselling: We do not hoard, buy, resell, or scalp driving test appointments, nor do we operate unauthorised automated bots to scrape DVSA firewalls or modify bookings without your direct personal action. When you receive a +44 voice call alert or priority email notification from our platform, it is your sole responsibility to click the official GOV.UK link, log in personally with your own credentials, and confirm any date or test centre change directly on GOV.UK.
3. Pricing, Promotional One-Off Pass & Exclusion of DVSA Exam Fees
3.1. One-Off Promotional Platform Fee (£14.99): Access to our platform is offered for a one-off promotional payment of £14.99 (discounted from our standard Recommended Retail Price of £19.99 for Learner Tier categories and £24.99 for Instructor, Vocational & Priority Tier categories). There are no recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden renewal charges.
3.2. Duration & Notification Allowance: Your £14.99 One-Off Pass remains active for up to twelve (12) months from the date of purchase or until you pass your practical/qualifying test, subject to a fair-usage allowance of up to 300 priority voice and email notifications per calendar month across up to three (3) monitored UK test centres.
3.3. Official DVSA Examination Fees Excluded: Our £14.99 fee covers our independent monitoring, telecommunications voice call routing, priority email delivery, and planning software only. It does not include the statutory DVSA test booking fee (for example, £62–£75 for a Car Practical test or £111 for an ADI Part 2/Part 3 exam), which must be paid directly to the DVSA on GOV.UK prior to using our service to search for an earlier date.
4. Immediate Digital Service Provision & Statutory Cancellation Terms
4.1. Express Request for Immediate Digital Performance: In accordance with Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, when you complete checkout for the £14.99 Priority Alert Pass, we immediately provision your digital account, allocate dedicated UK +44 telecommunications voice and priority email alert capacity, unlock the 300+-centre DVSA statistical intelligence suite, and dispatch your onboarding activation links.
4.2. Waiver of Statutory Cooling-Off Period Upon Activation: By completing your purchase and instructing us to begin immediate digital service performance and telecommunications provisioning before the expiry of any statutory cancellation period, you expressly acknowledge that once your digital pass and alert infrastructure have been provisioned, your statutory right to cancel for a change-of-mind refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is extinguished to the fullest extent permitted by UK law.
4.3. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection: Initiating an unfounded bank chargeback after your digital account, portal access, and UK voice/email alert lines have been provisioned constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to submit full server delivery logs, IP timestamps, telecommunications call/email dispatch records, and this express Regulation 37 consent to our payment processor and your card issuer to contest fraudulent or improper disputes, and to suspend the associated account immediately.
5. Slot Availability & Examination Outcome Disclaimers
5.1. Third-Party Dependency on DVSA Supply: Driving test appointments and cancellations are released solely by the DVSA when examiners are scheduled or when other candidates change or cancel their bookings on GOV.UK. Because supply varies significantly by region, season, and exam category, Pacific Cloud Computing Limited does not and cannot guarantee that a cancellation slot will appear at your chosen test centre(s) within any specific timeframe.
5.2. First-Come, First-Served GOV.UK Confirmation: Earlier DVSA test slots are in high demand across all 300+ UK test centres. While our automated +44 voice calls and priority emails are engineered to alert you rapidly, slots on GOV.UK remain available to the entire public on a first-come, first-served basis. We are not liable if another candidate claims a slot on GOV.UK before you log in to confirm it, or if GOV.UK experiences downtime, queue pages, or maintenance.
5.3. DVSA Short-Notice Cancellation Rule: You must check the official GOV.UK notice period (typically at least 3 full working days before your current test date) before swapping or cancelling any existing test so that you do not forfeit your official DVSA booking fee.
6. Candidate Credentials, Post-Payment Onboarding & Accuracy of Data
6.1. Fast Checkout & Profile Completion: To allow you to secure the promotional £14.99 rate in 30 seconds, you may complete checkout using your email address, UK mobile number, and preferred test centres. Immediately after payment (or via the secure onboarding completion link sent to your email), you must enter your valid 16-digit UK Driving Licence Number and DVSA Application / Booking Reference Number (plus your ADI Personal Reference Number (PRN) and optional 9-digit ADI Part 1 Theory Test Certificate Number for ADI Part 2/Part 3 tracks).
6.2. User Responsibility for Accurate Details: Personalized slot matching cannot commence until valid candidate credentials are submitted. We are not responsible for missed alerts resulting from typographic errors in your email address, an unreachable or incorrect UK +44 telephone number, full email inboxes, spam/junk filtering, or incomplete onboarding credentials.
7. Automated +44 UK Voice Calls & Priority Email Communications
7.1. Express Consent to Automated Voice & Email Alerts: By providing your UK mobile telephone number (+44) and email address at registration, you expressly instruct and consent to Pacific Cloud Computing Limited placing automated British English telephone voice calls and sending priority transactional emails to notify you of test slot updates, daily GOV.UK check reminders, and account onboarding steps, in full compliance with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
7.2. Road Safety While Driving: You must never interact with your mobile phone or attempt to log into GOV.UK while driving a motor vehicle or supervising a learner driver unless safely parked with the engine switched off in compliance with the UK Highway Code and Road Traffic Act 1988.
7.3. Quiet Hours & Instant Opt-Out: You may customize your Quiet Hours (by default 22:00 to 07:00 UK time) or pause/unsubscribe from automated voice calls and emails at any time with a single click inside your Candidate Portal.
8. Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) Partner & £5.00 Referral Programme
8.1. Commission Eligibility (£5.00 per Verified Pupil): Registered UK Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and Trainee Instructors (PDIs) receive a unique 5-digit referral code and shareable link. When a referred pupil completes a verified, paid £14.99 pass signup using that referral code or link, a commission of £5.00 is credited to the instructor's ADI Partner Portal.
8.2. Anti-Fraud & Reversal Rules: Self-referrals, duplicate accounts for the same candidate, or transactions that are subsequently refunded, disputed, or charged back do not qualify for commission. Pacific Cloud Computing Limited reserves the right to audit referral activity, deduct reversed commissions from pending balances, and terminate any ADI partner account engaging in spam, misleading claims of official DVSA endorsement, or fraudulent referrals.
9. Acceptable Use, Single-Candidate Licence & Fair Usage
9.1. Each £14.99 Priority Alert Pass is licensed strictly for use by a single named candidate (tied to one 16-digit UK Driving Licence Number). Sharing, reselling, or rotating a single account across multiple pupils or third parties is strictly prohibited.
9.2. You must not attempt to probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse our UK telecommunications voice gateway, API endpoints, or statistical databases. Accounts exceeding fair usage limits or attempting malicious activity may be rate-limited or terminated without notice.
10. Intellectual Property & Open Government Licence v3.0 Attribution
10.1. All proprietary software, user interface designs, commercial photography, video demonstrations, British voiceover scripts, and brand assets on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Pacific Cloud Computing Limited and are protected under UK and international copyright and trademark laws.
10.2. Historical UK test centre waiting-time and pass-rate statistics incorporate public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (OGL) from official DVSA Driving Test Statistics (Table DRT122A).
11. Limitation of Liability & User Indemnification
11.1. Exclusion of Indirect & Consequential Loss: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Subject to the foregoing, Pacific Cloud Computing Limited shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of earnings, employment opportunities, or commercial driving/instructional income;
- Forfeited DVSA examination fees, instructor tuition fees, or dual-control vehicle hire costs;
- Expiry of a candidate's Theory Test pass certificate or ADI 2-year qualifying window; or
- Telecommunications carrier delays, mobile network signal blackspots, or GOV.UK portal outages.
11.2. Strict Liability Cap (£14.99): To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total aggregate liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us for your pass (£14.99).
11.3. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Cloud Computing Limited, its directors, officers, and employees from any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Governing Law, Severability & Exclusive UK Jurisdiction
12.1. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.2. These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Pacific Cloud Computing Limited irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
12.3. Legal & Support Enquiries: To contact Pacific Cloud Computing Limited regarding these Terms, please use our UK Priority Support Desk (/contact) or email hello@grabtest.com.
